This view shows the beautiful details of the second floor of the Royal Chancery building. The second story has black railings in front of each window or door along with decorative pilasters on each side with a pediment above.
The doorway is ornately decorated with two pilasters on each side and supporting a unique shaped pediment. Statues sit on each side of the curve of the pediment.
Another smaller section has pilasters on each side, a curved pediment above and a decorative medallion in its center. Two colorful flags sit just in front of the door.
