This large circular concrete basin has a large cone shaped concrete millstone sitting in it. A metal pole is in the center of the millstone with a chain attached.

There is a large wood platform and a wood pole attached together with rope and sit in the center of the basin. The concrete basin sits on an area of sand in the middle of the stone floor in the museum.
