Banff National Park forms part of the Canadian Rocky Mountain Parks UNESCO World Heritage Site. A pretty hike along Lower Johnston Canyon Falls is about 0.8 miles (1.3 km) along the trail, followed by the much more impressive upper falls another mile further along. Along the way, you will also pass a number of other small waterfall cascades.
