Two manicured fruit trees sit on each side of the beautifully detailed arched doorway of the stone buildings of the Iglesia de San Mateo.

Two large square columns support several stones that curve to make the arch surrounding the double door. A dentil trim curves along the stones. Pilasters sits on each side of the columns leading up to the dentil ornament above the door.

Above the cornice sits a square niche with a carving and detailed medallions sit on either side of the niche. The exterior of the building and its walkway is stone and mortar along with a wall in the foreground.
