On the stone walkway is a concrete platform with three flags. First flag has a dark blue background a circle of yellow stars. The second has two red stripes with a gold stripe in the middle and an emblem on the gold. The third flag is green and white.

In the background is the two story building. White stone pilasters and niches frame the dark red door. Small arch windows between pilasters are the first floor.

The second floor has with pediments and pilasters over larger windows. At the end of the building is a tower.
